Eco Tex has been wonderful to work with on my mom's property and I send them to real estate clients as well. My mom has a huge mouse problem and within a month, they were able to make her home and property mouse free and have kept it that way for over a year now. Best money she has ever spent!

The tech arrived on time and was honest and thorough in his inspection. He didn't try to scare me or overhype the problem, but did show me exactly where the mouse came from and where it had travelled. We had an infestation of tent caterpillars in several trees in our backyard. I called EcoTek and was pleasantly surprised to have a live human answer the phone. My questions were answered, a solution was proposed, and I was offered a next day appointment! That didn’t work for my schedule, and I was offered another appointment the following day. The technicians arrived within the service window, were very professional, and I am happy to know the problem has been resolved. Would definitely recommend EcoTek highly!

I was able to speak with a person from the very first call. They were able to set me up with a timely appointment, whatever they use to kill or drive away the wasps had no scent at all. I saw a few wasps trying to access where the nest had been that day, but by the next day they were completely gone.The technician was very nice, personable, and professional. I will use their service again if ever needed.

Josh was very responsive to my request for a free estimate for yellow jacket extermination. He scheduled a tech to come out today. Serge arrived right when he said he would. He was friendly and professional. He checked out our issues and presented a plan to take care of our situation. The estimate was explained by Serge and he told me he had time to do the work today. I accepted the estimate and authorized Serge to complete the work. He was thorough and professional in delivering the services we had agreed on. We needed to get a mosquito spray done as they are vicious this year! Came upon Eko & they have great reviews, with customer service & communication being key. We scheduled an appointment with Serge, with him being very up front about what we should expect after application done. Let me tell you, after 2 hrs or so we went outside and zero Mosquitoes, zero! Before, every time we went outside we would get dive bombed by them and couldn't use our outside areas at all. Today as I am typing this we've seen a total of 5 of them nasty buggers and it's 3 days later. I highly recommend this service and will use them again next year. Thank you for letting us enjoy our outdoor area again! 👍

We just had them come out. Serge was absolutely wonderful. We were very panicked with the mouse situation and a previous exterminator not really doing much of anything for us. He did a very thorough inspection and found where they were coming from. Set up bait traps and gave us a time line of what to expect. Was also very kind to my 7 to daughter who was also very upset with the situation. She asked him to inspect her room so she felt safe and he happily did so. Was also very friendly with my dog. I'm just upset I didn't call them first. I am looking forward to continuing to work with them. Even though the mouse won't be gone for several days I still feel much more at ease.

I think it's important to note that I was offered a $10 credit to write a review the day of the service. I am writing this review 2 weeks after my service date. As someone who uses reviews to decide on businesses I will contact, I wasn't going to write one until I could be honest. Sergey, the tech that came out, was awesome (timely, professional and very understanding.) I was freaking out over what seemed to be a sudden onset of mice. I am pleased with the results of the service and feel the traps are working as Sergey explained. They also require you to commit to a 1 year contract before any service will be completed. They will check and re-bait the traps quarterly. I was hesitant, but I do see the value as there isn't a quick fix and their reputation is on the line. So far, so good. Happy with the services and I will recommend.

First things first, I don't know much about insects. So what I thought for almost 3 years was a beehive ended up being a hornet or wasp nest. I don't know exactly still.Regardless, these guys came out inspected it and got rid of all of them. Ya, most pest control companies do that, I get it.But what actually made me give a review in the first place was the professionalism, and politeness I received. Sadly, I will admit Eco Tek was not my first choice; but after dealing with two other well known pest control companies (one completely missed our appointment, even after rescheduling after they no showed the first appointment, and another company making me feel as if I was being scammed) I called Eco Tek; and I could not be happier. Initial phone conversation was informative, I did not get a sales job to sign a year contract, and an estimation was scheduled within the next business day. When the Eco Tek technician arrived, he was also informative, professional, answered all my questions, explained everything in great detail, and gave me the options to have the estimate sent to me so that I could make my decision later or go ahead with the service right then, no sales pressure or pressure to sign a contract. Wow, it was really refreshing to work with such a reliable, respectful, and honest company. I will use and recommend Eco Tek again and again.

Highly recommend. Serge was my tech and he was polite, fast, friendly, and efficient. They did a 1 time service and took care of the bees that were in my retaining wall that I couldn't get to with cans of spray, then sprayed the perimeter of the house for other pests. They didn't push any extra services or any plans. And they came out next day for service. It was a little expensive but worth it in the end

Eco Tek has been to my home twice. The technicians have been very professional and informative...last year when we first called, we had an ant infestation..the services did as expected and repelled the ants. I understand the importance of pests to the greater good but the yellow jacket nest inside my Rowan tree needed to go. I specifically wanted an eco-friendly pest control company and these guys were it. Everyone I spoke with was kind and informative. I learned all about the products they use, their method for identifying and managing pests, and the results are great so far. Highly recommend.
