EcoTek Satisfaction Guarantee – If for some reason the customer is not completely satisfied with the results of the service within 30 days of initial treatment, EcoTek Pest Control will perform further service at no additional charge to the customer.
Customer Cooperation – In order to achieve the best results possible from the services provided, customers should move all furniture or large items from around treatment areas prior to the technician’s arrival. Customers should correct all conditions conducive to breeding and harborage of pests when instructed to do so by an EcoTek Pest Control technician. Failure to do so may prolong the pest infestation and void any guarantee until the conditions are corrected.
Materials – All materials used by EcoTek Pest Control shall comply with federal, state, and local laws and effective regulations. An MSDS will also be available to the customer upon request.
Insurance – A certificate of insurance will be available to the customer upon request.
A Change in Law – EcoTek Pest Control performs services according to federal, state, and local laws. Should a change in the existing law occur, EcoTek Pest Control reserves the right to revise the service charge or terminate the agreement.
Pest Damage – EcoTek Pest Control is not responsible and does not guarantee against past, present, or future damage to any structure or contents, or provide for the repair or replacement thereof. This agreement does not provide for the control of termites, wood-boring beetles, or any pest not specified herein.
Rodent Control Placement – The customer must not disturb, move or change rodent control placements or the contents within the placements. EcoTek Pest Control reserves the right to charge the customer for lost or damaged bait stations or other rodent control placements. When tamper-resistant control placements are required by law, the customer may be charged an additional fee.
Disclaimer – Any liability EcoTek Pest Control has, written or implied, under this agreement will be voided if EcoTek Pest Control is prevented from fulfilling its responsibility under the terms of this agreement by circumstances beyond control.
Non-Payment, Default – The customer understands, if they do not pay the bill within a reasonable time period, or a collection agency is hired to collect outstanding money, interest at the highest legal rate, collection fees, and reasonable attorney fees will be charged to the customer. EcoTek Pest Control reserves the right to refuse extra service for an account if there is an outstanding balance for more than two months or if the initial service charge has not been paid in full.
Cancellation of Service – EcoTek Pest Control does not bind any customer to a contract and offers FREE service cancellation 24 hours prior to service time.
Privacy Statement – We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need-to-know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. EcoTek has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
